Can We Write About This? Men, Sex & Feelings
Explicit, challenging and positive conversations examining men’s ability to express themselves when it comes to exploring their relationship with sex and feelings. This relates to both the political climate we find ourselves in and men’s historical inability to undergo such explorations in the first place.

Can We Write About This?
Men, Sex & Feelings
Why are there no erotic memoirs written by straight men? Is there a contradiction in men being asked to be more emotionally vulnerable whilst taking up less space? Why are virtually all the leading podcasts dealing with sexuality hosted by women? And are there invisible boundaries dictating what men can and can’t say when writing about their deepest desires, most intimate experiences and heartfelt emotions?
Championing threesomes as expansive relationships, Tony Pletts’ erotic memoir Love to the Power of Three was described as; “brilliantly written, surprisingly moving and worthy of publication” by a publishing house that also decided, “they couldn’t represent anything of this kind coming from the voice of a man at the moment”. Assuming this is correct, what does this say about the times we live in? Exploring volatile landscapes with a desire for understanding, Tony Pletts engages in adult conversations with esteemed authors, feminist thinkers and respected commentators from the world of Conscious Sexuality.
All episodes include readings from Love to the Power of Three, some of which are extremely explicit.
